Prices depend on the dates and the chalet; the booking engine shows the exact price as soon as you choose your dates. Every stay includes breakfast, daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi and our Northern Lights Alert, which lets you know when the northern lights are visible.

Winter clothing, delivered to your chalet

  • An insulated jacket, trousers, snow boots and mittens for adults; an insulated overall, boots and mittens for children
  • From €45 per person for one or two days, then €11 per extra day
  • New premium winter clothing to keep is also available, from €640 per set, prepared in your size before you arrive
  • Delivery to your chalet €49 per order; collection afterwards is free
  • Book by 15:00 the day before; bring your own base layers, hat and wool socks

Getting here

There’s no public transport out to the chalets. From Rovaniemi Airport, take a taxi or an Uber; it’s about 17 minutes. If you’d like to explore on your own, rent a car.

Seasons

The northern lights season in Rovaniemi runs from late August to early April; the best hours are usually 21:00–02:00 on clear nights. Snow usually arrives in October or November, and the landscape is typically white from late November to April. It varies from year to year.

What to pack

Warm layers with wool against the skin, a hat, mittens, wool socks and winter boots with a good grip, plus a swimsuit for the sauna and jacuzzi. On husky and snowmobile tours, winter overalls and boots are provided.

How do we get here from Rovaniemi Airport?

About 17 km by taxi or Uber, around 17 minutes. There is no public transport to the chalets, so a rental car is useful if you want to explore.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is 15:00–21:00 and check-out by 11:00. Arriving after 21:00? Tell us in advance and we'll arrange self check-in.

Is there snow in Rovaniemi in November?

Usually, but not always. Snow tends to arrive in October or November, and from late November to April the ground is normally white. Some years are late.

Is there a restaurant?

Our own Glow Restaurant, a Lapland-style kota with an open fire, opens by 1 December 2026. Other restaurants in the Ollerovaara area are a 2–15 minute walk away.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes. Fast Wi-Fi is free in every chalet.

Is cleaning included?

Final cleaning is always included. Extra cleaning is available on request.
