The experience lasts approximately 4–7 hours. Departure is usually between 18:00 and 20:00, with the exact start time confirmed by email by 13:00 on the day of the tour based on the latest forecast. Return to Rovaniemi is typically between 23:00 and 03:00.

Professional photography is included with no fixed limit on the number of photos, and the images are delivered by email within 24–72 hours. Hot drinks and cookies are also included.

The tour also includes a Northern Lights Guarantee. If the Northern Lights are not seen with the naked eye or detected by camera during the tour, guests may choose either another Northern Lights tour at no additional charge or a refund of the tour price with a €50-per-person deduction.
